Steel corrals, with 2-acre holding area (grass), one 2-acre grass paddock directly north of the Ranch House and one lane way to corrals

Purchase of 25.00 (+/- 2.0 acres) acres, which includes home, water well, 2 fenced grass paddocks south & southwest of Ranch House. This will include one lane way south of home for access into paddocks. The corrals and 76 acres farm land, holding pen and 2.0 acre grass paddock N of ranch house will not be included in this transaction.
The paddocks are fenced with steel corners and gates. A cattle watering system will need to be established at or near water well, as the current system to corrals will have to be disconnected if this option is chosen.
