The breeze way is located between the garage and main house. This room is not square. (Back 21.5' X Long 40' X Front 12' ). The room is pier and beam, posts are planted 4' deep, and hold up the red wood floor.
This entire area is heated and a portion (office) is also cooled. The walls are brick, identical to the exterior brick, and the ceiling and floor are made of red wood. There are 4 sky lights, 2 front and 2 rear. Water is also available in the office, through a hydrant on the north wall.
The breeze way & office are fully insulated just as the rest of the ceiling area for entire house. Four recessed lights are in the office area with wall mounted lights around the entire room.
