The back (west side of home) has a great view of the town of Perryton. Perryton is a little under three miles (as the crow flies) to the West, Northwest.
The photo of two bay windows are immediately off/out the Sunken Living Room of the house. It is from these windows from the inside that you may see the city of Perryton. The other photos show the enclosed back yard which has the backup generator system, patio and second Heat Pump unit. The fenced area is entered thru a back access sliding glass door from the Breeze Way Office or a walk thru door coming from the utility room.
